Radish Raita – This one is Maharashtrian dish and mostly use everyday. It is easy to quick and easy to make.

1 Cup red radish pieces
One Green chilli
1 Cup of yoghurt
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Few fresh coriander leaves

For tadka/tempering
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
onion slices


1. Wash and grate radish.
2. Chop chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
4. Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds.
5. When they crackle, add the tadka to the bowl and mix.
6. If desired you can add crushed peanuts to this raita.
