Spicy Mango Dipping Sauce – To make mango sauce is very simple. You can make it 20 or 30 minutes.You can used it with chicken, fish or seafood, OR serve as a delicious dish.

500 gm Kacha Aaam (Raw Mangoes)
500 gm Sugar
50 gm Garlic (Lahsun)
50 gm Ginger
25 gm Kismis
25 gm Kharbuja seeds
40 gm Lal Mirch Powder
1 lt Sirka (Fermentation)
Salt for taste


1. Remove peel from Raw Mangoes and cut into small pieces.
2. Grind all ingredients with some Sirka.
3. Add salte for taste and pour all sirka.
4. Head the grind ingredients in a saucepan untill it seems a sauce.
5. Remove from flame and let it cool.
6. Fill in glass bottles.
